At Vahura, we strive to ensure the best experience for you at every step of your journey with us. We acknowledge the complexities and uncertainties that may come your way, and as such, we have designed our refund and cancellation policy to provide you with as much flexibility and assistance as possible. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

 

Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that circumstances may change and schedules may need adjustments. However, once you have committed to joining us by booking your ticket, we are unable to offer a cancellation or refund. This is primarily because the planning and logistics associated with each event are based on the number of confirmed attendees.

 

Ticket Transfer

That being said, we also understand that there could be exceptional circumstances which could prevent you from attending. In such special cases, we are open to the possibility of transferring your ticket to another individual. Please note, the person to whom the ticket is being transferred needs to be a legal professional. It is a part of our commitment to curate the best event experiences for our niche audience of legal practitioners.

GST Invoices

If you need a GST invoice for your ticket, we're more than happy to assist. Please send an email to billing@vahura.com with your request. Remember to include the necessary GST details and attach a copy of your ticket. Upon receipt, we will process your request and generate your GST invoice. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process. Your convenience and satisfaction remain our top priorities.

 

Transaction Failures

In the event of a transaction failure during the booking process, please do not worry. Our system is designed to not charge you unless the booking is successfully confirmed. If a charge does occur due to a system glitch, it will be reversed within 5-7 business days. If you encounter such an issue, please reach out to our dedicated customer service team who will assist you promptly.

 

**Vahura reserves the right to grant or deny admission to the event. This right is exercised with the primary goal of maintaining the highest standards of our events and ensuring a productive and conducive environment for all participants.
